Common Areas/Home is shared with owners periodically throughout the year (no more than 6 weeks a year). Common Areas include the Kitchen and living room. Home is minimally furnished. New Pergo flooring throughout the common areas. New water heater installed 2024. New HVAC installed early spring 2025. Rules to be followed by all: 1. No smoking of any kind. 2. No illegal drugs. 3. No pets. 4. No parties. 5. Guests allowed only by pre-arrangement with lease signers. 6. Park in garage or in driveway only; no street parking. 7. Ensure "volume" does not impede the quiet enjoyment of others. 8. Keep common areas clean and "use and guest ready." 9. Keep private areas reasonably clean. 10. Communicate clearly and in a timely and polite manner.
