Hello and thanks for checking out my shared living space out. This house has 5 different areas that are for rent. The kitchen comes with all the essentials. The dining area has a table and chairs. Each room is uniquely styled and offers different levels off amenities. We've named each room and so here it is. O.G. Master This room is the original master bedroom. This room has a queen size bed,a dresser, television on the wall, it has its own bathroom with a bathtub,sink and vanity area. The room also has a ceiling fan,wall storage,a walk In closet, a refrigerator, a chair with an ottoman and an area rug. Sweet Suite This area features 2 rooms. If you are so lucky to rent this area you will get a bedroom with a full size bed that has a USB charger on it and a little ledge to put stuff on. The room has closet for storage, a chest for clothes or whatever, a nightstand, with a lamp an a chair with an ottoman to relax. The opposite side of the sweet suite features a living room setup. The living room set up has a small desk with chair, a love seat with a full size bed in it, two ottomans to kick your feet up end tables with lamps and a TV on the wall.. This room also features a refrigerator, and a spacious closet. The bathroom is in between the two rooms. The bathroom had been updated with a nice spacious vanity that has storage, a vanity mirror and bathtub. In the hallway between the two rooms there's another closet for storage. Den conversion room This room was once a den. This room has a queen size bed, a full size mirror on the wall, a nightstand with lamp, a mini split unit that provides heat and ac, a dresser, a closet, a refrigerator and a bathroom with a tile shower, vanity, and storage over the toliet. The room also has a a small chair and bedside table with a reading lamp. Big New Master The Big New master features a full bathroom with a bathtub,vanity and mirror. The room has a queen size bed, nightstand with lamp and dresser. The room has a TV on the wall, a love seat with a sleeper, a reading lamp a small table, an office armoire, an office chair, a closet and a refrigerator Room behind the big new master: This room is the room behind the new master. This room has a full size mirror, a television, a TV stand with storage, a closet, a queen size bed,nightstand,a lamp, a chair with ottoman and a small table, a reading lamp, a chest, a refrigerator and a full bath that has a tile shower, a vanity and storage over the the toliet. The house has a freshly remodeled kitchen a with new cabinets with soft close doors, New sink with granite countertops and new appliances. Housemates are responsible to keep your area clean. A clean up fee is factored into your rent and the common areas will get cleaned once ever other week or as necessary. Each room has a refrigerator and housemates are encouraged to use the refrigerator that's in there room to keep the main refrigerator volume low to aid the clean up person. The house includes wifi. all of the Televisions are smart 55 and over. No overnight guests. guests must leave by 2a.m. no smoking indoors no pets quiet time is between 12am-6 am 1 yr lease term landlord covers utilities no smoking inside the house or on the porches or patio area no overnight guests guest must leave by 2am
