FURN small ROOM rental in our house , and yes we live here , . limited access to rest of house ( due to our in home medical massage business ), hence the cheap rent price for one year lease , first / last to move in, We are a healthy professional home , clients coming & goin daily, So best tenant is one who works / eats outside home day hours . We have firm rules here ! : NO alcohol, no smoking, no drugs of any kind and no overnight guest , no loud music , we do NOT offer laundry hence the very cheap rent price . World is nuts right now so this is sanctuary for peace , QUIET no drama , but healthy minded , attitude of respectful helpfulness . organic garden is avail !
