The ideal tenant uses natural cleaners and does not wear chemical scents (perfume, cologne, etc.). There are chemical sensitivities in the main house. No smoking or vaping allowed inside or anywhere on the property. No dogs. Cats (and possible other small animals) negotiable with additional deposit.
