There is an elementary school right across the street that you can use when school isn't in session (summers and after school days). Amenities include washer/dryer, stove top/oven, refrigerator, and central heating and a/c. Make a fire and some smores in the back yard at night or sit in the front yard and watch the sunset! There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room for those cold winter nights as well! The space you would be renting is the first floor. The basement is completely separate and is rented out to someone else but y'all would share the back yard. I'll give y'all the opportunity to meet before signing a lease. Utilities will be in my name. They average around $200 per month so I will collect that on top of rent.
