The goal is to keep the property looking nice and well-kept. 6. Shared Spaces & Appliances Tenant may use the kitchen, laundry, and other shared areas respectfully. Please keep appliances clean and report any issues right away. Damage or misuse that causes something to break may be charged back to the tenant. 7. Noise & Behavior Be considerate of others and follow local noise rules. No loud music, parties, or anything that could disturb neighbors or other occupants.
