The community offers a beautiful clubhouse, with several amenities: pool, hot tub, sauna, library/reading room, pickleball, tennis and shuffleboard courts. Community members are active and host numerous events such as crafts, movie nights, happy hour and dinners at the clubhouse. This is a prime location, as it sits less than 5 miles from Fort Myers Beach, and roughly 6 miles to the Sanibel causeway. Easy bicycle ride, or the trolley can pick you up at the corner of Summerlin and Pine Ridge. Lakes Park is a great spot for walking and biking trails, a splash park, and a weekly farmer's market. Location is close to Aldi's and Publix for groceries, lots of great dining options in the area as well. Rental is for a minimum of 3 months. Any months after 3 will be discounted. Renters must be 55+ and there can only be 2 tenants. There is no smoking inside the house. Driveway has room for 2 cars only. Electricity, water, and air conditioning are all included in the monthly rental price. Renter is responsible for cable and internet if they choose to have those services. There is a 3 month minimum rental, any additional months beyond 3 will be discounted at a rate of $200 off the original price (per month). Pets not allowed.
