The HOA does not allow pets for renters so no pets are allowed plus the furniture is very expensive and easily damaged so no pets for that reason as well. No smoking indoors or within 20 feet of the property!! This is my personal home that I am renting when I am not there so please respect it as if it were a friend's home. You will be charged if there is damage to furniture or any other damage. Please report leaks, mold or any other issue promptly so that it can be remedied to prevent damage.
