Easy access to 680 and 880 and shopping/restaurants on Mission Blvd. in Fremont. Rent:$1,150/per month Deposit: $575 paid on signing Utilities: water, electricity, gas, garbage, and WIFI will be shared among other housemates. It is $150- $180 per month per person for 4 people in a house, depending on the month and outside temperature. No smoking is allowed inside, and within 20 feet of the house. All housemates need to take turns to clean the house and take the trash out. Guests can stay no longer than 3 days. After the 4th day, she/he needs to be charged $100 per month and needs to share the utilities costs with others.
