This rental is the guest house behind the main house on the same property. Located a small distance from the heart of town (3/4 mile?) we often choose to walk to the movie theatre, the grocery store, or restaurants. Rental comes either furnished or unfurnished. It is essentially two great rooms and a bathroom--downstairs is the kitchen, bath, dining, and living room; upstairs is one great bedroom with 3 beds that could easily serve as a bedroom and an office for remote workers. Very cute--one of the oldest homes on the island (the original homestead on the property). Rent includes all utilities (though you may want to purchase faster internet). First and last month's rent, and deposit, due at signing. Looking for a year-long lease, or a lease termination in May if you cant commit to a year
