This is a separate, locked off part of our single-family home in Frisco. Offering this as a 6 Month Seasonal rental from November 1st through end of April 2026. I would consider a longer-term rental as well. $3500 a month includes water, high speed WIFI, cable TV. Electricity is $125 month, unit is electric heat, this amount covers about 1/2 of typical usage, I am covering the other 1/2. Overnight parking for up to 2 cars. I'm looking for a tenant in Front Range that wants a comfortable place to call home for the winter and avoid traffic woes or a working Summit County Professional. There is a large closet for storing skis and winter gear. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit as well. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed and the 2nd bedroom is a double over twin. Can sleep 5 but that's about it. Sorry, but since this is part of our 2nd home there are no pets allowed. 1st Month and 1 Month Deposit required as Lease signing.
