Great for a student or professional; references are required, and verification of income, or co-signer. Very close to CSUF, off of bus route 26. - No smoking or drug use including 420 is allowed. - Overnight guests are limited to 3 nights per month. - No pets - If owner is gone for more than a week, tenant is responsible for full all utilities over $200 per month. - tenant may not park in the driveway, must use street parking. - Quiet time observed from 11 PM to 11 AM. - One month trial period with year lease if both parties agree.
