We have a 7.5 acre place. About half is forested and by a creek at the bottom of the hill. Most of the property is fenced on the perimeter except along the creek. The forested area is fence out apart from the buildings and pasture. Garden area is fenced in and chickens can be in the cage or free roaming as the ones we have now. We have about three acres near a creek and about 4 acres of pasture area. We have a one bedroom long term rental area connected to the house and another small apt. connected to the shop. There is a large shop and farm machinery available to use on the property. We will be putting in some kind of small living quarters for the two of us to live in on the property. The house is aprox 1350 sq ft. It has two bedrooms and 2 bathroom. We also have a 12x12 room that can be used as an office or another bedroom or storage for an additional fee. The bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the house is hardwood floors. The laundry room is shared by the house, the duplex area that is rented out and us.The laundry has an access doorway that others will use and not go through the house. We are located East of Chesnee, SC near Cowpens National Battlefield. We do not allow drinking or drugs on the property or smoking inside the house. We also would like pets to be kept outside unless absolutely necessary to have them inside. Utility is based on animals or size of garden. We are looking for a younger family that would like to be out in the country and have some animals and a garden. Available from May 1st or possibly sooner.
