Guests staying longer than 5 consecutive nights or 5 nights per month must be approved in writing. Subletting or short-term rentals (e.g., Airbnb) are strictly prohibited without written consent. 3. Cleanliness & Maintenance Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the property. Report maintenance issues or damage promptly. Do not alter or paint walls, install fixtures, or make modifications without written approval. Garbage and recycling must be disposed of in designated bins and put out on the correct days. 4. Noise & Disturbance Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. No excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive gatherings at any time. 5. Pets Pets are not allowed. 6.
