Wonderful vacation rental or temporary home with flexible terms. Owner occupies separate upstairs suite.
Monthly rental includes utilities that are equal to owners historic usage. Excesses will be charged back to tenant. Short term/monthly rental includes one driveway parking spot, additional parking in driveway. Tenant is responsible for snow removal and home must be left in clean condition as received. Rent is 10k June and September, 12k July and August.
