Closest trail access is less than a mile, we're a 5 minute drive or 10 min bike to downtown Golden and breweries are just 1 mi away. Skiing at Abasin is max 1 hr from our door! The office space/2nd living room offers a Queen size Sofa bed for additional guests. The stairs to the primary are open to this room. This "optional additional bedroom" gets a ton of natural light and is a cozy space to hang out or cuddle up next to the fireplace. The first guest room (queen bed) is on the ground floor. The second guest room is also on the ground floor and features a full-size bed and crib. These two rooms share a full bathroom on the main level.
