The room available is very large with a huge fireplace. it is furnished with a sofa, chairs, tables, and dresser. It does not have a bed. The house has an indoor pool, three kitchens, two laundry rooms, and six bathrooms. You will be sharing the foyer, full bathroom, half bath and one of the laundry rooms on a part-time basis. I am the owner looking for a caretaker of this large home. You will be the only one living downstairs. I rent on VRBO once in awhile and we will have guests sometimes. I'm looking for someone who is retired and has an income. Rent and utilities are free with the maintenance of the home. I'm looking for someone who can do gardening, pool maintenance, climb on a ladder, can lift at least 40 lb, sheetrock repair, and other minor repairs. You must have your own car and drive, references, and background checks. caretaker for this large home will live in the home free of rent if projects and maintenance and upkeep is being done. no smoking is allowed on the property or pets in the home. I require a $500 a month fee to put towards rent if large projects are not accomplished each month. If a large project is accomplished, the $500 will be given back to you. If there are no large projects to accomplish that month, all of it will be given back to you. Usually there are no large projects to be done. If the utility bill is over $400, you will pay 1/2 of the amount that is over $400.
