Spacious studio unit designed for a single occupant, located in a quiet, well kept neighborhood. This comfortable space offers an open layout with plenty of natural light, making it ideal for someone seeking privacy, simplicity, and a peaceful living environment. This studio is approved for one (1) adult occupant only. No additional long term guests or subletting is permitted without written approval. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the studio or within 20 feet of the building. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and any other smoke producing products. No pets of any kind are allowed on the premises. Laundry facilities are not available on-site. Washing machines, portable washers, or dryers are not permitted inside the unit. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Tenants must avoid loud music, gatherings, or disruptive noise during these hours. Water and electricity are included in the rent up to a combined usage cap of $150 per month. Any usage exceeding this amount will be metered and billed to the tenant at the actual overage cost.
