Until we have some trust built up a scheduled inspection will occur about every 6 months. I live close if anything is needed I will get it fixed or call people that can get it fixed. Not reporting any leaks of water or anything that causes damage that needs to be fixed is not tolerated. Cameras stay with the house, and will be yours to use for security. Flood lights on porch and by the driveway. Also a street light type security light is on a pole near the road.
