It has new flooring, vinyl windows and the kitchen has been remodeled. It is located 3 blocks from downtown Grants Pass and shopping is within walking distance. The landlord does not live onsite but lives in Grants Pass. Please fill out an application before requesting a tour of the property. I will review all the applications and then schedule tours. A completed application is REQUIRED prior to viewing the property. There is a $ 700.00 NON refundable cleaning fee due at signing of the rental lease. Tenant is responsible for electric bill and yard maintenance. There is a small front yard to keep mowed and watered. The small backyard is all gravel with plants. Tenant is responsible for watering the plants. No pets are allowed at this unit. The lease is a month to month lease. The tenant may give 30 day notice to cancel lease at anytime. The landlord may also give written notice to the tenant that the unit must be vacated in 30 days. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and no later than the 5th. There is a $25 for rent that is paid after the 5th of each month. There is a minimum of $35 for each check that has insufficient funds.
