The location is roughly an hour from NYC, 10 minutes from Warwick and 30 minutes from Bergen County. A supermarket is located in West Milford, NJ (15 to 30 min away) as well as Warwick, NY (about 20 min away). It is a prime location to visit local wineries, outdoor concerts in surrounding towns, hiking, outlet shopping at Woodbury Commons, boating and kayaking, and restaurants. Downtown Greenwood Lake, which is a subset of Warwick, has small shops, post office and a CVS pharmacy and is no more than a few minutes away. There is also a bus route (#196) that travels past the property to NYC. The monthly rent includes heat, water and electricity. Wi-Fi is available through us at a separate charge. Your parking space is streetside. The lease for this apartment is a yearly lease. There is absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING by the tenant or their guest (s). We are responsible and respectful landlords and expect the very same from out tenants. If there is a question or issue with something in the apartment, we can usually attend to it within 24 hours. We accept Zelle or cash as rent payment. We do not accept personal checks for rent payment. Rent is expected to be forwarded on time as per your lease agreement.
