The furnished bedroom is located at one end of the home and the private bathroom is directly across from it. No running down a hallway or through the house to get to the bathroom late at night! No smoking on property. Last month rent is due with first month and security deposit - payment terms may be available. You are responsible for keeping the bathroom and your bedroom clean. Kitchen and all shared areas must be left clean after using. This is a month-to-month lease arrangement.
