The building itself has a gym, an indoor pool, separate male/female saunas, a party room, a community garden, and an outdoor pet area. Underground parking is also available for an extra fee, with a car wash station. Water is included, heat and electricity are separate. The apartment is nice and bright and the location is perfect - just a 12 minute walk to Dalhousie campus or a 25 minute walk to the Halifax waterfront. Bus connections are also very good.
