The unit is on a quiet street, in a nice neighborhood with long term neighbors. This is perfect for travel nurses or other medical personnel. Also available to UH grad students, professors, etc. The home is walking distance to the mall and KTA (grocery store), plus various restaurants. It is close to bus service. I prefer to rent for 3 months or more, if possible. Utilities average 75-100 / month in total, and include electricity, gas, and wifi. The owner resides part time in the upper unit, and splits the utilities 50/50, even though not present full time. Smoking, illicit drug use, crazy parties, or general mayhem are not allowed. This is a quiet, peaceful home. This unit is suitable for a single person. Proof of employment and references are required. GET is added to the price of the rent, as per state law. Section 8 housing vouchers are not accepted.
