You will find a clam bed nearby and scallops. No license required for clams, but daily license may be obtained for up to 100 scallops. The cabin is southerly facing to Moshers Harbour with 1,373 feet of oceanfront. The back of the property is northeast facing with 152 feet of oceanfront and there's a deep water channel nearby. Just a few minutes' boat ride to government boat launch and parking on Bush Island.
