On top, $1,000, utilities we suggest to make up for the money difference by giving 3 hours a week on trade work which is what you normally do when you rent, light maintenance, handyman work to compensate for the discount. 4. Deposit of $1,000 is for the entire house, full kitchen, full bathroom, 2 private bedrooms, laundry, parking on the property. Capacity for 1, 2 or 3 people max. A second bathroom is under construction but will take 2 to 4 months to finish it with permit.
