I am offering two separate rooms for rent in my single-family home. The house is spacious, clean, and located in a family-friendly neighborhood. I am a teacher and a single mother of four boys (ages 13, 9, and 7), and we are looking for a respectful, clean, and responsible female tenant to join our peaceful home. Details of the Home: Single-family house with: Unfinished basement (storage available for an additional monthly fee) First floor: family room, living room, formal dining area, kitchen, deck, office room (for rent), and half bathroom Upstairs: 4 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom Laundry is not included, but may be available for occasional use at an additional cost No shoes inside the home No alcohol, pork, pets, or guests allowed Separate small fridge required for tenant's use Option 1: Upstairs Bedroom Shared full bathroom with one of my sons Comes with a bedroom set, mattress, and sheets (belongs to homeowner) Tenant must bring their own pillows and blankets No bed set to be brought in Rent: $1000 Option 2: Office Room (First Floor) Larger room with no built-in closet (tenant may bring a wardrobe or storage unit) Tenant will share the upstairs full bathroom with the other tenant (if both rooms are rented) Unfurnished tenant may bring own bed/mattress and remove upon leaving Rent: $750 Household Routine: I leave for work at 7:30 AM; nanny takes kids to school around 8 AM I return home at 3:30 PM; kids return around 4 PM Saturdays: often out for soccer games Sundays: boys attend Sunday school (10 AM 1:30 PM) House Rules: Female tenant only Must maintain cleanliness especially in shared areas Cooking must be scheduled and agreed upon with the homeowner Shared bathroom must be kept clean cleaning schedule will be discussed No guests, no parties, no pets Garage entrance is used for entry and exit Storage: Basement space available for extra storage (additional monthly fee) Tenants may store a fridge or other items in the basement If you're interested, please message me with a brief introduction and your preferred room choice.
