The guest house is being leased by a tenant. The tenant is not allowed to use any of the backyard amenities. The backyard amenities are privately yours to use This is a flexible month-to-month lease requiring a 60-day written notice for termination. A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned in full, provided there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear. Utilities are included up to a specified monthly cap of 200; any usage beyond that amount will be tenant's responsibility. All tenants are required to complete rental application and sign a damage waiver to move-in. An application must be submitted for each person residing in each unit.
