The "Ship's Locker" is a remodeled studio apartment located on the ground floor of an elevated home, tucked away at the end of a secluded street. The property is on the water and has a coastal, nautical theme. It has it's own parking and private entrance. Internet, electric, and water are included, as is use of the washer & dryer. Cable is through a Roku TV Stick which has many free channels. You may use your own subscriptions if you wish. Smoking is permitted, but only out in the open. Upon entering, you will be in the living area. Then there is the breakfast bar and ship's galley with fridge, microwave, and toaster-oven. To the left is the ship's head with a shower. There is a large bedroom with a full size bed and walk-in closet. We have a dock for fishing and a canal for swimming. The rear deck is available for occasional entertaining. There is Walmart and Wynn Dixie nearby, as well as the well known Skinny's, and Sam's Beach Bar Restaurant.
