There is a maximum on utilities as AC/HEATING UNIT can be left the entire time that will make the bill incredibly high. Tenant with electric vehicles will pay the cost of electricity when using the EV charger. Additionally, THE RATE IS GOOD FOR ONE PERSON. There will be additional cost for extra person staying over 3 days. Lastly, there won't be regular cleaning during the stay. Cleaning can be done during the stay upon guest request and will be paid for by the guest. Starter kits will be provided upon arrival, so plan on your essentials accordingly that will fit your whole stay.
