Situated just off the road for convenience but amidst the greenery of Glenford for mountain-top breezes and nature-filled peace - just right for a fall, winter, or summer stay. The house is fully furnished and outfitted with quality art, linens, and furnishings. The rental price includes electric, wifi, heating/cooling, all season yard maintenance, garbage, and twice a month housecleaning. Tenants are responsible for their own laundry, daily housecleaning, and streaming service. We have allergies in our family so pets are not allowed. This home was lovingly built and lovingly maintained; as such, we are looking for tenants who are careful and considerate of both the home and their surroundings. Owners live on adjacent property. We have central air and heat for convenience, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and stand-alone tub, a full kitchen with an induction stove, Bosch dishwasher, hood vent, refrigerator, quartz counters, and solid oak floors. We provide the induction-friendly cookware, toaster, and Bodum or traditional coffee-maker. There is a flat screen in the media area upstairs. We love our neighbors (we're among them!) and want to show respect towards them. This means no loud music outside and no lights left on overnight. Nights here are lucky to feature a wide dark sky, filled with stars and fireflies. By turning outside lights off at night, it allows everyone in the "neighborhood" to enjoy the nature at its purest. "Big Rules" - No climbing on railing, no hanging from collar ties (metal rods spanning living room), no pets, no shoes in the house, no candles, and no smoking of any kind, please. Glenford, NY is just 8 min from Woodstock, 12 min from both uptown Kingston (east) and Phoenicia (west), 30 min to Belleayre & Hunter Ski Mtn, & 10 to Zen Mtn Monastery. Rent includes heat/cooling, electric, wifi, yard maintenance, snow removal, twice monthly housecleaning, and garbage removal. Tenants responsible for their own laundry (not included in housekeeping) and daily cleaning/upkeep of home. Flexible duration - no less than one month but can discuss number of months. No pets, no shoes in house, no candles, respectful of quiet hours of the neighborhood, and night sky (no overnight outdoor lights). Due to balcony and loft, house is not suitable for young children. House is in pristine condition - looking for tenants who can keep it well maintained and have good communication with owners.
