Apartment consists of one large room with windows and original built in, kitchen/entryway, hallway with closet, and bathroom with large built in storage. Approx. 1 mile to Bottleworks District and Mass Ave. Apartment is very secure with a gate, exterior door, and steel door going into the unit. Both doors and the gate have deadbolts. We ask that tenants agree to keep noise down after 10pm. Things like loud music, yelling etc. Carry through the house to the other apartments. Movies without deep bass turned on, talking etc. are not a problem. Rent is $800 per month plus a $175 flat rate for all utilities, laundry access, appliances and WIFI, due on the 1st of each month. Includes individual ac units, and central gas heat with thermostat in the hallway, so the temperature in the apartment is yours to set as you like. Appliances provided and maintained by landlord. Please provide employment/income info, how many people would be living in the unit etc. when contacting. We do not allow dogs, but cats and most other small pets are not a problem. After 1st year lease, tenants can sign a new lease, or rent month to month, with the agreement that a 2 month notice will be given before moving.
