The interior has enough beds to sleep 14, a large kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, large living room area with 75in smart TV and almost as many bathrooms as beds. The backyard is as accommodating with a large pool and spa, two outdoor covered patio areas with plenty of seating, and a professional billiards table. The space: When you enter the home you are greeted by an 6-person dining table. To the right is the living room and kitchen area that has additional seating for 3 on bar stools. The living room area has a large modern sectional, two ottoman poufs, two accent chairs and a large 70in smart TV. The outside entertaining space wraps all the way around the house starting with a courtyard seating area in front of the home entrance to the pool lounge area directly in the backyard and the patio billiards area on the other end of the home. The front courtyard has a fireplace, bbq grill and an outdoor 8 person patio dining table. The pool area is large with a fully automated pebble tec pool and spa, and has string lights that zig zag throughout the backyard creating an amazing entertaining space at night. In short this home was made for you to entertain large groups! INTERIOR DETAILS: This home accommodates up to 14 guests with 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, den, laundry area, and garage. Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances. We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels. The current rent is based on a monthly summer rate and may vary depending on your requested dates and length of stay. We do not accept long-term bookings. We only accept short-term stays or rentals of 30 days or more. For updated rates, please reach out to our team. 2. No parties or events are allowed. 3. As per the City of Indio Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line. 4. Spa and pool heating are extra. $25/day for spa heating and $100/day for pool heating. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees. Please advise beforehand if you want to take advantage of pool heater as it takes 10+ hours to heat the pool so it is warm by check in. Pool and spa heating must be for the entirety of the stay. 5. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning. 6. Minimum 25 years of age to book. 7. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises. 8. No more than 6 vehicles allowed. 9. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $500. 10. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.
