Whether you're enjoying the tranquil water views, exploring the quiet neighborhood, or simply unwinding in a space that feels like home, Port Lago is the perfect setting for your getaway! The space: The Port at Terra Lago is 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is thoughtfully designed for families and groups, comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. Each bedroom features its own ensuite bath and a smart TV, offering both privacy and convenience. The primary suite includes a private balcony with additional seating perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a quiet sunset moment. Upstairs, the spacious loft is a game lover's dream, equipped with a pool/ping pong table, arcade games, foosball, and a smart TV for movie nights or gaming. Downstairs, you'll find a grand piano and an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space that's ideal for gathering. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end cookware, serving ware, and a dedicated coffee bar to make meals and mornings easy. Outdoors, the lakefront setting provides a peaceful and private space to unwind. Fire up the stainless steel BBQ, take a dip in the pool, challenge friends on the putting green, or gather around the cozy bonfire pit at night. The private dock adds even more room to lounge, sunbathe, or simply soak in the serene water views. Whether you're here to relax, reconnect, or play, every detail of The Port at Lago is designed to make your stay effortless and memorable. (Important disclaimer: guests are not permitted to go into the lake per Terra Lago community rules; and there is no access or tampering with the owner's private boat that is docked at the port). INTERIOR DETAILS: This home accommodates up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining space, laundry room, designated workspace, and 1-car garage parking. Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances. We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels. The current rent is based on a monthly summer rate and may vary depending on your requested dates and length of stay. We do not accept long-term bookings. We only accept short-term stays or rentals of 30 days or more. For updated rates, please reach out to our team. 2. No loud parties or events are allowed. 3. Absolutely NO lake access per Terra Lago community rules. Guests will be immediately evicted and you will be responsible for $750 citation issued by HOA. 4. As per the City of Indio Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line. If HOA or code enforcement issues a citation which can amount to $750 you will be responsible for paying. 5. Pool heating is extra services with $50/day for which the pool will be heated to 85 degrees. If you'd like the pool heated, please let us know in advance as it takes 10 hours or more to reach the set temperature. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR, for the entire duration of your stay if it's less than 3 days. 6. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning. 7. Minimum 25 years of age to book. 8. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. Please note the pet fee is not a substitute for not cleaning up after your pet. We reserve the right to charge up to $500 for any damage caused by your pet or additional cleaning needed due to your pet. 9. No more than 4 vehicles allowed. There is absolutely NO overnight parking allowed in Terra Lago. The community will issue a $750 fine that you will be responsible for. 10. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fine. 11. Tampering with noise monitoring devices will automatically result in eviction and a forfeit of all fees paid for unused nights and amenities. 12. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.
