Unit B (95 sq ft): This unit is one of the 3 non-master bedrooms with a shared bath which includes tub/shower. The bedroom itself is 10.25x9.25 feet. It has a twin bed, chest of drawers and closet. The shared spaces include a kitchen with microwave, oven, induction stove, refrigerator, and dish washer. Laundry washer and dryer are in the shared spaces as well. There are 2 living areas setup with seating to eat or to work (desk spaces for remote workers or lap top usage). This home has a back patio and yard to enjoy as well. Parking is shared but with some coordination everyone can park off the street. This room can be rented by one person. There are 3 other bedrooms being rented two of which share the bathroom with this unit.The rest of the shared areas will be shared with the guests in all 4 bedrooms. The landlords are Kat and Geoff who live nearby and available most of the time. Kat and Geoff manage short term, mid term and long term rentals in the area. They both own and rent this unit so will be the sole point of contact. You will have shared spaces so unresolved disputes with landlord or other guest will result in lease termination. We are looking for easy to get along with tenants that work well with others due to the shared places. You will be expected to clean up after your self in shared areas out of courtesy to those sharing with you. Parking is shared so must be coordinated with tenent schedules. Lots of parking but we don't want anyone parked in. Max one car per guest. Illegal activities are prohibited. Lease at minimum 1 month. Can be structured week to week or month to month.
