More details on the place: It's a 2-floor, 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom house with a deck on the back. I'm using 2 bedrooms myself and am looking for someone to take the 1 big bedroom. All the common areas are furnished. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and a L-shape desk with chair. There are 2 closets in the bedroom too. It's a central A/C and heating house and there are washer and dryer on the 2nd floor as well. The place is walking distance to the Grove Street Path Station. More about myself: I'm a busy female professional. I meal-prep every week or every other week and prefer a roommate who's not a heavy cook either. If I go to the office, I'm usually back home late around 7ish pm. I also work in my 2nd room and keep to myself. I'm a non-smoker and looking for the same.
