We have spent the past three years turning this into our dream retreat, putting in more than 5000 hours. There is no other rental in Juneau like it. It's fully furnished with anything you might need (because it's our home) from carbon steel cookware to nice knives. There's a lot of nice touches - from rare Alaskana books to a heated bathroom floor (even the shower floor and shower bench are heated - amazing in winter). Our work draws us away often, so we are making it available from October through April. This is for the 3 bedroom unit on the upper two floors of the home. Below it is a studio, with entrance on a separate level. The only shared space is the laundry room with two washers and two dryers. Up to seven months - October through April. No smoking (or any open flames), fires have occurred as a result. We will cover city water (and septic), propane for hot water + dryers + range, internet, garbage, recycling. You pay electric (heat pump should make it reasonable).
