It has an entrance on a separate level. The only shared space is the laundry room with two washers and two dryers. Up to seven months - October through April. No smoking (or any open flames), fires have occurred as a result. We will cover city water (and septic), propane for hot water + dryers, internet, garbage, recycling. You pay electric (heat pump should make it reasonable).
