This is a quiet, airy second floor unit less than a block away from gorgeous Lanikai beach and Lanikai park. The neighborhood is on a one-way 2.4mi loop, perfect for walking, jogging & biking. Easy access to the Lanikai Pillbox trailhead. There is a bus stop 1/2 block away. The unit is attached to our home. We are quiet professionals looking for a quiet, respectful, nonsmoking tenant. Prefer not to have pets but a small, quiet animal is okay for an extra fee. AT&T ONLY Other providers are blocked by the hill behind our home. Verizon is putting in a tower on the ridge so that is an option sometime in the future. Currently however, Verizon and T-Mobile are spotty inside the apartment but work if you walk 1/2 block away. ONE CAR: There is one covered parking spot reserved for the tenant. Street parking is limited because we are close to a popular beach. This rental is NOT an appropriate option for tenants with two or more automobiles. ONE ADULT: This unit is best suited for one adult. $200 additional monthly rent for each additional adult or pet. NO AIR CONDITIONER: Ceiling fans in each room. There is a nice breeze that keeps the apartment reasonably cool. Upper unit with private entrance and one covered parking stall. This unit is fully furnished. Minimum length of lease is 3 months. Utilities are included in the rent.
