The studio is quiet and comfortable, with a view of the Kohala Mountains. Comes with a king bed, a twin size daybed, a small table, a small fridge, a butcher block stand with a microwave, a toaster oven, an electric kettle, a french press, plenty of windows, and blinds that almost blackout the room. Our studio does not have a full kitchen and is not ideal for people who cook a lot. Parking for one car on site & a washer/drier. Perfectly situated in the sweet spot of Waimea not too dry, not too rainy, with plenty of rainbows. Only 2 minutes to HPA and 5 minutes to town with several weekly farmers markets, a world class performing arts theater, and a great hospital. Fifteen minutes to the gorgeous Kohala Coast. Looking for a quiet, clean, and non smoking tenant. Six months, and possibly month to month after that. We are flexible. Move in date mid-November or around there.
