    Colina del Lago is a builder's dream development only 35 minutes from downtown Orlando using the new turnpike entrance in Minneola. Colina del Lago includes 3 lakefront lots directly on Little Lake Harris. The community features 60 lots and most are 100ft+ wide 1/2 acre lots. Each lot will have underground utilities, fiber optic internet and city water from the Town of Astatula. Septic tanks will need to be built with each home.
