Home is in walking distance to Cheshire Medical Center, 10 minutes/0.7 miles; and 20 minutes to downtown, about a mile. Walk to Antioch and Keene State College, too! Easy access to bike path to get to West Keene/Wheelock Park. 6-month lease, and Month-to-Month tenancy thereafter, with a 60 day notice to vacate. This is a House Share listing with shared female owner-occupied furnished common space. 6-month lease; Month-to-month tenancy thereafter with 60-day notice required on both sides. Owner pays for water/sewer, electric, internet, trash removal & snow plowing. Absolutely no smoking in or on the property by renter or any guests.
