The backyard is fully fenced in with 8" high fencing. Perfect for keeping your dog's / kids safe and the moose OUT. Firepit, bbq grill. The garage also has its own doggy door with a fenced in backyard / kennel space. 1 mile or 3 minutes to Eagle Rock boat launch on the Kenai River or Cunningham Park. 8 minutes to the Kenai Municipal Airport. 5 miles to Central Peninsula Hospital / Soldotna. All utilities to include electricity, natural gas, and snow plowing included in the monthly rate. We will also include 1 professional deep-clean per month. Water is on a well, so we have a water softener that takes about $40 worth of pellets per month to keep the water just great. Renter is responsible for their own trash removal (there is a free dump 10 minutes away) or you can get service through a couple companies locally for very affordable. The property is very private and quiet on 1.5 acres, surrounded by vacant DNR land on each side of the lot. You have only 1 real neighbor, who lives there only part time in the cabin on the other side of the property. 6 Month Lease or 1 Year Lease Required. Rental Terms: $2,000 per month for single occupancy, $2500 per month for double occupancy. Please note that at $2000 per month this is less than $67 per night. At $2500 per month, this is less than $84 per night. You will not find a deal this good on any rental in Alaska during the summertime! Must make 3x the monthly rent to qualify or pay full amount up front (see term options below). Must complete a rental application. Non-refundable pet fee will apply. First month, $1500 non-refundable security deposit, plus $1000 non-refundable pet deposit due upon move in after qualified application is received. This home is also listed on VRBO and AirBNB so if you wish to pay for the entirety of a minimum 6-month least up front, the security deposit will be waived in full. BUT, a major credit card will be kept on file in the event of incidentals. Non-refundable pet fee will still apply.
