Tiny Duplex Apartment on the Lake- New Appliances and Free Utilities In search of a mature, quiet individual to share the duplex apartment attached to my home. You will enter through the garage into a cute, mother-in-law suite/apartment. Your area will have it's own kitchen and complete privacy. Since you will be sharing my home's central heat/air system. ABSOLUTELY NO TOBACCO SMOKERS. The apartment is small and nothing fancy, but you can look out your window and see the lake! There is also a private boat dock and kayaks on the property. I will share my wifi and laundry facilities within reason. The appliances are all new, but there is no dishwasher (but you can bring a portable). The bathroom has a small, stand up shower. I have pets, so you must be animal friendly. All utilities and trash pick up are free.
