Price varies based on the size of the room a total of $800 for the main bedrooms upstairs, and a total of $900 for the large basement room with private entrance, deck area and a walking closet. The basement is available on August 7th There is a dining, kitchen, laundry, and living room. The living room & dining room are furnished. The bedroom itself is NOT furnished unless you need it to be we can work something out as they are furnished at the moment otherwise we will remove the furniture. There will be a deposit one month of the rooms rent. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is located right off the western Avenue Exit. Less than 10 minutes away from west town mall. It's easy to get to UTK's campus, downtown. About 10 minutes commute to UTK. All the following are provided by us. TV, washer, dryer, couch with side tables, coffee table and dining room table. The TV has Hulu max and Disney plus. There will be a background check and you're required to get renters insurance. Lease length: at least 6 months after which month to month is applicable. No smoking in the house, parking is available on the premises. All are expected to maintain the shared space.
