Pets can be considered with pet interviews, an additional $300/pet for a one-time non-refundable pet fee, and an agreement and assurance that they will not cause harm or damage to our property and/or animals. We can create a fenced outdoor area for pets attached to the studio. They would not be allowed to enter the parts of the property that is not their designated areas. This is a sober property.
