We are offering a unique rental situation for the right person. The upstairs of our ohana, which is for rent, has one large bedroom, a large loft, and a half bath. There is also a full bath, kitchen, washer/dryer, and lanai area downstairs for your use. We utilize the downstairs kitchen, bedroom, and living room as a cottage baking space. The rest of the time you have the entire house to yourself. Our current tenant, who has to leave for the mainland, has been with us for two years. She enjoys the company and vibe of the baking space, along with lots of baked goods! We're happy to put you in touch with her to get a feel of her experience on the property if you're a possible candidate. Our property is very quiet, above Kula Lodge and located on a gulch. We have amazing views of Haleakala and your room has ocean views down to Kihei and of Molokini. We're looking for a nice and respectful individual that can join us on our property.
