There are two large screened on porches for people watching or napping. This house is a must see!! The Washer dryer is available off property but free to use. It's perfect for singles, couples, or a small family. The utilities are included, and cover electric, water, trash, internet, exterminator, grass cutting. Parking is free in front of cottage. Tenant responsible for changing air filter monthly, bringing trash/recycle to and from curb on Monday. Pets need prior approval. No long term guests or subleasing allowed.
