This is for rent by owner, in a small rural neighborhood. My lot is 1/2 acre, and there are a couple other tiny houses next to this one, with one person living in each. Available for September 1st move-in, on a month-to-month basis. Requires an $850 deposit, and rent is $850/month for one person, which includes electric, water, and trash, and I do provide bins for recycling. I do not provide cable or internet service here, as I am trying to keep it as affordable as possible, but the cabin does have a Spectrum hookup, and you are welcome to buy your own service if wanted. I mow the property myself, so no yard maintenance required for this rental. Absolutely no cats or dogs inside the cabin at any time, no exceptions!
