Established area near shopping and schools...in 2007 a site plan for the 18 lots had preliminary approval (has since expired and would have to be re-approved)...contact listing agent for a copy of the site plan....great place to have a small sub-division...water and sewer available....road frontage on Brewer..also backs up to Russell Rd. Across the street from the church at 2010 Brewer Rd. There is an inventory shortage now....great time to build some houses!
